The real estate development industry represents a key component of the UAE economy; Real estate is, by definition, the land and everything that is a part of it and the extent of one's interest in it. The word real in real estate stands for the fact that it is land that is different than personal property. It is real property, property that is more or less immobile.
In Hydra properties, we believe that real estate projects must always stand for human value; that raise life to its greatest possible heights; that support a spiritual and meaningful conception of human existence; Real estate is a real property that is more or less immobile, but the human being is constantly in mutation. In Hydra properties, our aim is to solve this paradox; how to succeed in making a property which is legally yours to become your personal property.
The task is difficult, I believe, because we are carrying in us a residue of a world picture that is essentially mechanical in nature-what we might call the mechanical - rationalist world picture. The task is difficult, I believe, but, if you watch raindrops, fall off the tree, you can see that the tear-drop shape is formed over time and couldn't get the shape any other way.
